Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact SmartBot Cleaners Support as soon as possible. We strive to process orders quickly, which might limit our ability to make changes or cancellations after the order is placed. If changes aren't possible, please refer to our Return Policy below for how to return your order.

Return Policy

We want to ensure your SmartBot product is the right fit for your home. If it’s not, we’ve got you covered.

You can return your SmartBot Cleaners purchase within 30 days of shipment for a full refund, excluding gift wrapping and shipping costs. If your robot arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care Department for assistance.

How to Return a Product:

  1. Log in to your Account and go to Order History.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. You’ll receive a pre-paid return label. Package the item securely in the original packaging and include any original paperwork or order details.
  4. Keep your Return Tracking Number to ensure the package reaches our warehouse.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Warranty Information

SmartBot products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. You can find full warranty details on our warranty page. If you purchased a refurbished robot from SmartBot, your product is covered by a 30-day warranty.
